Mike is Great!

Catchy title for this post, huh? Anyway, what I meant to say is Mike is a Great Uncle (for the first time)! She's quite the looker too! I used an Alphabet panel themed with New York City that I purchased at the City Quilter in Manhattan. Enough talk. Let's get on with the quilt and baby pictures :)

Cutting up the panel. Some were a bit wonky toward the end of the alphabet, but I made it work.

I decided to use yellow brick road sashing with ruby fabric corners.

It gave it a star effect.

P is for... I like to put the baby's name in the quilting :)

All wrapped up and ready to go!!!

Updating the Blog With New Finishes

Well... just writing a quick blog post since I have not done it in sew long! I've been busy quilting sew today I updated the My Finishes section with about 6 or 7 projects I've finished recently. I tend not to blog much anymore. I've been mostly posting pictures to my Instagram account since it's much quicker and easier to do than to blog. I already have over 3500 followers there! Sew, go check it out! Also check out the My Finishes section of this blog that I just updated. I'll post a few pictures below of the newly added finishes.
